  • What is your pet policy? Pet fees?

    We are thrilled to welcome your furry friends to our pet-friendly property! We understand that pets are part of the 

    family, and we strive to make them feel right at home. 


    Our pet policy includes:


    Pet Types: We happily accept both cats and dogs.

    Pet Limit: Up to 2 pets per apartment.

    Pet Fees: A non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet.
